Our ongoing work focuses on values. Many software development approaches, like Lean and Agile, put special emphasis on values, but little is known of what they mean in different contexts. We need your help to advance both the scientific and practical understanding of values in software development.
We ask for roughly 30 minutes of your time. In return, you can get a report on the study results which you can use in your own work.

This study is part of scientific research carried out by researchers at the Department of Computer Science, University of Helsinki. We are investigating factors that contribute to performance in software development teams, and developing methods and processes for understanding, monitoring, and improving software development performance. This information is an important prerequisite in creating a high-performing organisation.
